Sewbargain's Story
Welcome to Sewbargain LLC! You may remember us as The Stitching Post, or perhaps as Sandy’s Sewing from years ago. Our story began in a humble repair shop run from the home of our founder, John. Over time, John’s daughter Robin and her husband Robert took the reins, and the business grew into something much more. Eventually, they opened a larger location in Moore, Oklahoma, where we proudly sold a wide variety of sewing machines, fabrics, notions, and offered a range of classes—all while maintaining the highest standards of repair.

However, like many businesses facing the challenges of today’s economy, we were forced to close our doors in 2024. But Robin and Robert weren’t ready to give up. They knew their loyal customers depended on them for quality sewing machine services, and they were determined to continue. After some time, Sewbargain LLC was reborn, and we’re back doing what we love—providing top-notch repair services and offering the same fantastic classes that have made us a staple in the community.

We’ve returned to where it all started—Robin’s childhood home, located at Northwest 16th and MacArthur. Our fabric selection is as beautiful as ever, and we’re still here to repair your beloved sewing machines. At Sewbargain, we believe that when you leave with a new machine, you should feel confident and excited to use it. That’s why we continue to offer classes for all ages and skill levels at our Sewbargain Sewing School.

Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting, we’re here to help you every step of the way. Stop by, check out our classes, and let us assist you with all your sewing needs—you won’t regret it!
